#15 Attending a funeral
(First of all, happy new year @polyvore and everyone! I hope this year brings you nothing but the best!!!! And I know it is weird to set the tone of 2013 with a funeral set, but whatever!)
I think being fashion forward at a funeral is quite a bizarre thing to do. It's not really the time or place to be inventive... I mean, I have never actually atended an actual funeral on a cementery, just a service at a funerary home - I guess I'm lucky. But I think that neutral colors are the key in any case, as a sign of respect for the situation.

#13 Going to a 70's themed party
The 70s were such a wonderful time for fashion, politics and music!
I imagine this look with super long wavy hair and full set of bangs. I have a similar dress and it's truly vintage: it was my mom's in the 70s. This, together with a pair of her super knee-high elastic boots, make a super cool seventies look.

#12 Meeting the parents
Meeting the parents is a big step, and I think it's a fashion challenge: you want to look down to earth yet special, and not too high-maintenance, right? So I picked this laid back flats and skinny jeans combo, and spiced it up with a cute coat, an embellished sweater and some nice jewelry. You can go with a sixties ponytail or hair down, and soft make up. Winning the parents over is a big triumph! :)

10/25. Favorite song from before your time - Helter Skelter - The Beatles
This song is just perfection. This phase of The Beatles is the one I love the most. It's really rocky, experimental, creative... just cutting edge...! This is definitely one of my favorite songs ever. Being able to hear this song live back in 2010.. I felt the luckiest girl ever!. I'm so glad Paul came to my country! He's such a legend!

Paper Crown by Lauren Conrad
Her fashion line is really good! Wish I could get my hands on any item of that collection!
In this set I wanted to capture Lauren's sense of feminine style, always with a couture edge.
Also, happy birthday to @mayara1011 ! Hope you have a lovely day!

I picture this with a sleeck high ponytail, my blonde hair and some peachy/nude make up, with a strong eyeliner accent.
